2 Ingredient Fudge

Sometimes, this simple things are the best things. Like chocolate. And, two-ingredient fudge (which is basically glorified chocolate)!

2 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge

Simple to make, this two ingredient, one bowl fudge will become a favourite treat to make.

Total 12 minutes
Makes 60 pieces


  • 3 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chopped
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 300 mL


  1. Line the bottom and sides of an 8"x 8" pan with tin foil or plastic wrap, allowing 3-4 inches of overhang.

  2. Combine chocolate and condensed milk in a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave uncovered on medium, stirring every 30-45 seconds, until chocolate is completely melted, about 3-5 minutes. 

    Remove and stir until smooth. Scrape mixture into prepared pan and press down to smooth top. Fold overhanging wrap over fudge to completely cover.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut into 60 bite-size pieces to serve.


Fudge keeps well in fridge, tightly covered, for up to 1 week.
