Ingredients
3 1/2cupssemisweet chocolatechopped
1cansweetened condensed milk300 mL
Instructions
Line the bottom and sides of an 8"x 8" pan with tin foil or plastic wrap, allowing 3-4 inches of overhang.
Combine chocolate and condensed milk in a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave uncovered on medium, stirring every 30-45 seconds, until chocolate is completely melted, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and stir until smooth. Scrape mixture into prepared pan and press down to smooth top. Fold overhanging wrap over fudge to completely cover.Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut into 60 bite-size pieces to serve.

Fudge keeps well in fridge, tightly covered, for up to 1 week.
